*Ashvamedh Trekkers* Organize *Trek to Bhimashankar on 2nd July 2023.* (Leaving On 1st July 2023 Night)

*Introduction:*
The Bhimashankar trek is a nature lover’s delight. It takes you into the heart of the Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary through thick forests. The Bhimashankar trek gives you a full dose of adventure with stream crossings, ladders, and rock climbing all bundled into one trek. Monsoons is the best time to do this trek. The route is scenic and thrilling.

➤ Trek Trail Info:
Altitude: 3,050 ft
*Ascent via Shidi ghat (ladder route)*
*Descend via Ganesh ghat.*
Grade: Moderate.
Location: Khandas.(Base Village)

*🕑Trek Schedule :🕑*
• Day 1: Board local train from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Karjat @ 9.26 pm. Catch it according to your nearest station timings.
• Reach Karjat Station.
• Head towards base village Khandas via private vehicle.
• Reach base village around 1.00 am # Day 2.
• Have rest for time being.
• Start the Trek @ 6.00 am early morning.
• Till 8.00 am reach Padarwadi. (Have Breakfast )
• 9.00 am Start the trail through Shidi Ghat.
• 1.00 pm Reach the top, where you find the Bhimashankar temple.
*Note: Temple Darshan Depends upon the crowd and timings we reach at top. If any we will skip the temple darshan. Trek leader decision will be final at that time. No comments will be accepted.*
• 2.30 pm Start descent Trek via Ganesh Ghat.
• 4.00 pm Reach Padarwadi have lunch.
• 5.00 pm Start descent to base village Khandas.
• 6.30 pm Reach Base Village & Start the return journey to karjat Station.
• 7.30 pm Reach Karjat Station.
• Catch 8.48 pm Karjat-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus local.
*NOTE: The above schedule depends upon the participants to complete the trek.*

🎒List of things you for Trekking:🎒

1. Haversack, Extra pair of clothes.
2. A good trekking shoes, extra pair of socks, raincoat, Pancho.
3. Water Bottle (At least 2-3 Ltr) & ORS, Electoral/Tang powder/Glucose-D. *Compulsory*
4. Camera (Optional).
5. Some ready to eat food, Plum Cakes, Biscuits etc.
6. Personal medicines if any needed.
7. Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
8. Good Torch must with an extra battery.
9. Please bring your garbage back to the city and dispose of it in your bin.

• *A Planned Activity or Programs may be Cancelled or Revised depending on the weather or any other unavoidable circumstances.*
*• Payment should be made Before Trek.*
*• If Cancellations are made 7 days prior the Start date of Trip, 100% of the Tour cost will be charged as Cancellation fees.*
*• During the trek, Organizers Decision will be last no entertainment of any demands.*

2. Trekking is an adventure activitie. If you are injured or have an accident during this period, you will be responsible for yourself. Organizers will not be responsible for this.
3. This is an adventure activity where we will go to a village in mountain area and stay there and eat local food. So please don’t expect luxury and absolute comforts.
