𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
1. Career Guidance in Astronomy / Space Science.
2. Observation with Advanced Telescopes
3. Hands-on experience to use Advanced Telescopes.
4. Observation of Planets- Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Crescent Venus. Sun and Sun spots.
5. Observation of Constellations, Stars, Star clusters etc.
6. Slide show on Solar system, Stars and their Life cycle, Galaxies.
7. Identify stars with their magnitude, colors etc.
8. Identify constellations, their pattern.
9. Messier objects Observation

Location: Dark Sky near Rajgad fort.

𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲:
𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 (𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥):
1. Reach the venue by 6pm.

2. Trail walk to the Observation sight.

3. Introduction and Telescope Set up.

4. Dinner break: 8.00pm to 9.00pm.

5. 1st Session 9.00pm to 10.30pm: General Introduction of Night Sky and observation.

6. 2nd Session 10.45 pm to 12.00am: Group discussion and Observation of Deep Sky Objects.

7. Rest 12.00am to 3.00am. Those who want continue observation, can join us.

8. 3rd Session 3.00am to 5.30am: Observation of Milky Way Galaxy, Nebulae in Milky Way etc.

9. Nature walk and Bird watching: 6.30 am to 7.30am.

10. Break fast : 7.30 am to 8am.

2nd Day Day time:

1. Slideshow on

a) Solar system
b) Moons of Solar system
c) Constellation and Stars

Sessions will be followed by Q& A.
2. Rest for remaining time in afternoon.

𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 (𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥):

1. Telescope Setup: 6.30pm.
2. Day time Astronomy.

3. Observation and other schedule as per first night continues.

3. 5.00am: Trail walk to see the sunrise.

4. Group Photo and event close up: 8.00am

Food: Veg food.
Stay: Common Room stay in village area.

In case of bad weather, Event will not be cancelled and no refunds. We shall continue to have various Astronomy activities and discussion.
There can be changes in scheduled activities as necessary based on requirements.
